Well, global and domestic surprises never cease to amaze.

Meanwhile, financial markets seem to just shrug these events off, with Aussie and International share markets not far off their all-time highs. This reinforces our belief that it’s a mugs game trying to time and predict markets, and it’s best for long-term investors to ignore the BBQ chats, the headlines, and the ridiculous prognosticating of the ‘experts’.

On news closer to home, it’s been another big year at Fortitude.

In the near 15 years we’ve been in business, we’ve had our 1st baby!! Yay!! Well, Anna has. Huge congrats to Anna and James on the birth of beautiful Maggie. We also had the recent epic wedding of weddings (our 3rd team member in the last 3 years) of Huw to Mathilde, celebrated in style at Chateau de Mouillepied in regional France. It was a cracking party!

On the business front, we’ve been heavily focused on how we may serve you better.
