Official Launch of Fortitude Private Wealth, with special guests Rob Millner, Tom Millner, Lindsay Partridge and Frank Gooch

Fortitude Private Wealth officially launched its business last in style at the new Austral Bricks Design Studio in the heart of the CBD. We were absolutely thrilled to have a full house of clients and guests, with over 60 attendees filling the state of the art venue.

Attendees were able to mingle and discuss current affairs with special guests ‘The Chairman’ Rob Millner, Chairman of Soul Pattinson, Brickworks, New Hope Corp, Milton Corp and BKI Investment Co, Frank Gooch, CEO of Milton Corporation along with the two main presenters of Lindsay Partridge, MD of Brickworks Ltd and Tom Millner, CEO of BKI Investment Co Ltd.

Both Lindsay and Tom delivered fantastic presentations and insights into their businesses, also addressing questions on topical issues such as global market sentiment, government policy (including the carbon tax), manufacturing in Australia, consumer sentiment, housing affordability and the property market in general.

Key themes from the night … focus on investing for the long term, being patient, and most of all focussing on quality …… quality companies which are well run, sustainable, profitable and dividend paying that will deliver commensurate capital growth over the long term with a growing ongoing tax effective income stream in the interim.
